Blast Golf metrics are organized into four stroke types — Putting, Short Game, Bunker, and Full Swing — each with its own set of key performance indicators. Together they form the foundation of your Blast Golf data.

How to View Metric Definition Videos

  1. Tap Training to view Metric Definitions.
  2. Scroll down to Metrics Definitions.
  3. Tap Putting or Full Swing.
  4. Select a metric definition and tap the video.

Putting

Putting metrics combine Timing, Speed, and Direction, with heavy emphasis on timing, which sets the foundation for consistency and directly affects speed and direction control.
