Adding an Environment type to each swing gives you context — like whether it came off a tee, front toss, or live pitch — so you can better analyze your data. This feature is available on iOS.

How to Set the Environment Type

  1. From the Analyze screen, tap Live.
  2. Tap Type.
  3. Choose an environment option: Undefined, Tee, Soft Toss, Front Toss Overhand, Front Toss Underhand, Live Pitch, Pitching Machine, In Game, Assessment, or General Practice.
  4. Tap Apply and Close.
