FAQ

My sensor won’t connect — what should I try? Make sure Bluetooth is on, the sensor is charged, and repeat the shake motion (logo down 2 seconds, logo up 2 seconds) until it registers as connected.
Do I need to reconnect my sensor every session? If your sensor disconnects or you switch devices, repeat the connection steps above from My Sensor.
