What Are the Different Modes of the Blast Sensor?

Share:

The Blast sensor is a highly accurate, advanced 3D motion-capture sensor that operates in three distinct modes while it captures, analyzes, and displays your actions.

The Three Sensor Modes

  1. Offline Mode — The sensor works intelligently even without the app connected. It remembers the last bat or club it was paired with and retains all of your actions until you reconnect to the app, at which point your metrics upload automatically.
  2. Online Mode — The sensor is actively connected to the app, and your metrics display in real time as you swing.
  3. Video Mode — Using the Smart Video Capture feature, the sensor helps you record your action and creates a video of your highlighted swings, which are stored directly in the app.

FAQ

Do I lose my swing data if I’m not connected to the app?
No. In Offline Mode, the sensor stores your swing data and uploads it automatically the next time it connects to the app.

How do I see my metrics in real time?
Make sure your sensor is connected to the app (Online Mode) — your metrics will then display as you swing.
