Coach Mode is an evaluation tool in Blast Softball that lets a coach review player and team performance history through statistics and graphs. Using the Blast Softball app together with Blast Connect (or Blast Connect Mobile), one coach can manage multiple players with a single sensor.
What Coach Mode Does
Coach Mode lets a coach manage all of their players’ metrics from within the app. By selecting a built player profile, the coach can share the sensor across their players. After collecting swing metrics, that data is shared with the players and remains accessible to the coach.
Both players and coaches get access to Blast Connect. For coaches specifically, Blast Connect adds analytic tools with video markup and metric overlays, recorded feedback, and side-by-side comparison of two synced swings. It also supports custom practice and workout creation to help drive team engagement, along with team scheduling, roster management, and in-depth filtering of team swing data.
