How Do I Return or Get a Refund for Blast Vision?

Share:

Blast Vision purchases are processed and refunded entirely through the Apple App Store, so any credit request must go through Apple rather than Blast Motion directly.

How to Request a Refund on iPhone or iPad

Apple doesn’t include a direct problem-reporting link inside the App Store app, so refund requests are handled through your email receipt.

  1. Launch Mail from your Home screen.
  2. Search for “Your receipt from Apple” if it isn’t immediately visible.
  3. Tap the receipt for the purchase you want refunded.
  4. Tap Report a Problem next to that purchase. You’ll be redirected to Apple’s problem reporting page.
  5. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
  6. Tap Choose Problem and select the applicable issue from the menu.
  7. Enter details about your problem, then tap Submit.

You should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week regarding whether your refund request is approved.

FAQ

Can Blast Motion issue the refund directly?
No. Because Blast Vision is purchased through the App Store, all refund credit is issued by Apple, not Blast Motion.

How long does the refund process take?
Apple typically responds within a few days to a week after you submit your request.
