How Do I Change My Academy in Blast Connect?

Share:

To use Blast Connect’s premium services, you need to be connected to the right academy — either through a coach’s invite or by joining the general Blast Academy. If you need to switch, Customer Support can complete a transfer.

How to Connect to an Academy

  • Accept the invite your coach sends you to join their academy, or
  • Sign up for the general Blast Academy (covering Baseball, Golf, and Softball).

If you’ve already signed up, confirm your coach can see your profile and metrics and that the academy name matches your coach’s. If it doesn’t, you’ll need a transfer, handled by Customer Support, in cases where:
– You already have a Blast Connect account.
– Your coach can’t invite you because your email is already in use.
– You started Blast Connect sign-up but didn’t finish.
