How to Export Metrics and Team Reports to CSV or Excel

Share:

You can export your swing metrics — or a full team report — as a CSV or Excel file from either the Blast app/dashboard or the Blast Connect website. Team Reports help coaches quickly spot which players need help improving, using red bar graphs to flag areas that need work.

How to Export Metrics Reports (App/Dashboard)

  1. From the Dashboard (or Analysis) screen, place your cursor on Analysis, or tap Analysis to view Metrics & Reports.
  2. Scroll down to Metrics & Reports and select it.
  3. Tap the options icon (three dots).
  4. Choose your export option:
    – Save as Excel
    – Save as CSV
    – Save Full Team Report – Excel
    – Save Full Team Report – CSV

How to Export from Blast Connect (Website)

  1. From the home screen, hover the cursor over the Analyze tab.
  2. Click Blast Metrics.
  3. On the Blast Metrics page, find the three dots on the right side of the filter bar.
  4. Click the three dots and select Save as CSV or Save as Excel.

Using Team Reports

The Player Insights Report highlights a player’s strengths and weaknesses, while the Player Swing Data Report lets you dig deeper into individual metrics. Use the Team Report view to see all your players at once and identify who needs the most help — red bar graphs flag the areas to prioritize.
