Where Is the Serial Number Located on My Blast Sensor?

Share:

Every Blast sensor has its own unique serial number, and you can find it in a few different places: on the back of the sensor itself, inside the app if the sensor is already activated, or on the bottom of the product box.

Where to Find the Serial Number

  • Back of the sensor – The serial number is printed above and below the QR code.
  • In the app (if already activated) – Go to Menu > My Sensor > tap on the sensor line item to view the sensor serial number.
  • Bottom of the white product box – The serial number is also printed on the packaging.

Activating a Sensor Without the Serial Number

If you can’t locate the serial number using the options above, you can still activate your sensor:

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Tap on the menu.
  3. Go to My Sensor.
  4. Tap Add a Sensor.
  5. On the Scan screen, locate the “Having Trouble” hyperlink and tap it.
  6. Shake the sensor until it connects (this should take about 5-10 seconds).
