You can get video into Blast Connect in a few different ways depending on your device and where the video is coming from: uploading directly from the Blast app’s Video screen, uploading from your device’s Progress/Video Library, importing external video from your camera roll, or uploading a file straight into the Blast Connect Media Library. Once a video is in Blast Connect, you can also share it with your coach, team, or roster.

FAQ
Can I upload video on Android the same way as iOS?
Not exactly — Android uploads existing sensor-recorded video from the Progress screen’s Video Library, while iOS also supports importing outside video via the Practice/Camera Roll flow. For uploading external video on Android, use Blast Connect directly.
How do I share an uploaded video with my coach?
Once your video is in the Blast Connect Media Library, open it, tap Edit, then Share File, and choose your coach, team, or roster.
