Blast Motion Warranty: Coverage, Claims Process & Policy

Share:

Blast Motion warrants all products against manufacturer’s defects for one year from activation. Separately, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new purchases. Below is what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to start a warranty claim (RMA).

What the Warranty Covers

Blast Motion warrants all products against manufacturer’s defects for 1 year. This warranty is limited and does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alteration, or unusual stress
  • Modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper installation
  • Improper charging or improper storage
  • Use in a non-Blast Motion attachment
  • Use not in accordance with the product documentation
  • Damage caused by the equipment the product is used with

Visible physical damage invalidates the warranty. Incomplete kits will not be accepted for replacement or credit.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not totally satisfied with a Blast Motion product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and items damaged for reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted under this 30-day policy. Shipment errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods to obtain replacements.

Items returned for credit (rather than refund) must be unused, in original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days; a restocking fee may apply, and credits must be used within 60 days or they are forfeited. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; Blast Motion covers shipping on replacement units.

How the Warranty Claims Process Works

  1. Contact Blast Motion customer support once basic troubleshooting has been completed.
  2. Customer support reviews your product’s activation date to confirm it’s within the 1-year warranty window.
  3. Customer support creates an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and emails you a QR shipping code from stamps.com.
  4. Pack only the warranty item(s) in the provided shipping envelope and send it back.
  5. Once Blast Motion receives your item(s), they are inspected.
  6. A replacement unit is shipped out, typically arriving within 3-5 business days.

This RMA process is currently available to USA customers only.
